I've been a regular at the place for 10 years, always loved their food. I bring my girlfriends family here to show them one of my favorite Italian restaurants. We arrived three hours prior to closing and we're sat pretty fast. Then we waited forever to get any food or drinks with the worst waitress I've ever had. About an hour after we ordered she comes back and tells us that 4 of ours meals could not be made as we ordered because the kitchen ran out of a lot. A couple of my guests did not want anything but what they ordered so they refused to get something different. So finally I get my chicken parm that I always get and the chicken tastes cheaper than usual and was clearly not baked long enough. The owner "Joe" comes out and makes a fuss about how my guest refused his food since they ran out of the half his meal. Joe is rude and asks if we are still going to pay for his food that he didn't even get. Joe I was a regular of yours for 10 years and this is how you treat guests when you run out of your most popular dish and make them wait an hour to get their order. Never again.

I was there Oct 2010. It was excellent. I haven't been able to go back due to health issues with my brother who is paralyzed and my health. However, tonight, we will be in the area and will be going there for dinner. Very much looking forward to it. I just called and the lady that answered was very pleasant.
