when we dined in here for the seafood specials we had rude service you had to ask for refills on drinks the manager was never seen and the other servers just looked around doing nothing ..

night manager nerver visable and waitress /waiters nerver seen at all you have to ask for refills on drinks and the salad bar is half in smoking even if no custumers are around the servers are smoking in smoking section always no ketcup on tables and the day time manager makes no response to complains about night he has been sence talking to daytime servers and not new customers !!! never tell anyone to go ther and we will tell friends mto go to walled lake one no matter what !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and in the last few weeks the only good servers they have are not ther at night so we will not be returning and we know half the people in novi and walled lake and will tell them to go to walled lake or the other novi store !!!!
