I had just driven for 4 hours to pick my daughter up from college and decided to stop and get dinner for everyone at 9pm. The woman at the drive thru was not friendly from the time I placed my order until I received my food and left. I had seen a sign in the drive thru while waiting and it looked like they offered 2 liters so I asked after receiving my food thinking I would grab one so I wouldn’t have to stop somewhere else on the way home home. She looked extremely annoyed and rudely said NO. Okay, whatever, maybe she’s having a bad day. Stopped and got 2 liters on my way home and brought my food inside. As I started unpacking the bag, I realize HALF OF MY FLIPPING FOOD IS MISSING! So here I am starving after driving half the night, only to find I just paid almost $40 for a bucket of soggy, piss warm chicken, and some hard -ss stale biscuits, and those disgusting looking cinnamon bun biscuits that I didn’t even ask for. No coleslaw, no 2 sides of potatoes, no gravy and certainly not the extra one I asked for. Maybe I am PMSing but I literally was so mad I almost cried. So of course I did what any other customer would do when they didn’t get half of the food they just paid for; I called the store....busy signal. I called again, still busy. Called 19 more times after that and guess what? Yep, still busy. So not only did they screw my family out of a dinner that I overpaid for to begin with, they leave their damn phone off the hook so no one can complain about their crappy customer service and screwed up order. I’m in disbelief that a restaurant would operate this way. I would have driven back there except that I’ve been going nonstop since 7 this morning and don’t feel like driving 20 min back up there and back home, not to mention they’d probably wipe the floor or spit in my food with how utterly upset I am at the moment.
