I am a regular customer, and order the chicago pizza about two to four times a month. It is usually pretty good, or I wouldn't buy it from them so often. Tonight I was sorely dissapointed, the first order was not right, it included pepperoni, instead of the ham I ordered in it, and when they replaced it the crust was so scorched I could not eat it. I do not wish to make a third trip down there, so I just threw it in the trash. Tom, you can do better then this, and It will be a long time before I buy pizza from your business again, Ken
