Walking into the Peppermill Grill feels like stepping into a cozy, familiar haven. The atmosphere is laid-back and unpretentious, perfect for enjoying a simple yet satisfying breakfast. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience.

The food is good, it's your typical greasy spoon mom and pop breakfast joint. However, I cannot say the same about all of the servers. Yes, some are friendly and professional, but it's the other few that leave a bad taste in your mouth. Some tend to come across as very unfriendly and have a way of "barking" at customers. I understand they are busy and the resturaunt is typically crowded on a Sunday morning, however, I receive better customer service at the local fast food chains. If they train their servers to be a little more friendly and professional, it would improve business for them for sure.
