First they got our order wrong in the drive-through. We ordered a six piece chicken nugget, and instead they gave us a six piece mozzarella stick. Would have been a simple misunderstanding, except for when we asked them to make the correction, the girl got very snotty with us and said "well, I read back your order to you in the drive-through so". They proceeded to have us pull forward, even though no one was behind us, and make us wait five minutes while they brought our food out. She then delivered us our bag, without the six piece chicken nugget, and then made us wait another two minutes while she went to go get them. Then when we asked for our receipt back (we gave it to her when we needed our order fixed) She said that they don't print paper receipts. We told her that we gave her the receipt, She then proceeded to change her story too "well we already trashed it." She then stormed back into the building and we waited another five minutes and she never came back. We then went inside and got a receipt back from another employee. I understand customer service isn't fun, but this was certainly uncalled for. I hate to say it but I don't think we'll be back at this Arby's
