Amanda was awesome-friendly and quick to answer the phone, with great coffee and service that made each visit enjoyable. While I appreciate the warm atmosphere and tasty drinks, I find it troubling that corporate compromises integrity by promoting a dessert coffee shake on a latte special poster, which makes me question what other corners might be cut for extra profit.

The customer service at this place is exceptional, with Amanda being particularly friendly and attentive. The coffee is delicious, but I find it concerning that the corporate might compromise integrity for a small upsell. I value honesty and transparency in all aspects of business, and I hope this doesn't reflect a wider issue within the company.
