The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a comfortable and spacious room with an unexpected upgrade. Despite arriving late, I was offered a meal, and the breakfast options included a good variety for both vegan and non-vegan diets. The location near downtown Lansing offers convenient access to restaurants and shopping, making for a pleasant overnight stay overall.

The valet service and front desk attendant could use an update, which would make this property deserving of a five-star rating. I look forward to returning once the place is rebranded, and I hope to be welcomed back by the fabulous Mona as a Hilton Gold member. My overnight stay here was pleasant, with the friendly staff providing a late-night meal and comfortable accommodations. The spacious room with double beds was a nice touch, and the proximity to downtown Lansing offers easy access to restaurants and shopping for those interested. Breakfast options were good for both vegans and non-vegans, making it a convenient choice for a comfortable stay.
