I was craving some easy, comforting Chinese food on a rainy night and ended up at Eric's, where the spicy eggplant blew me away with its fresh flavors and perfectly cooked veggies. The service was friendly and quick, and whether I'm dining in or getting takeout, the food is always hot, tasty, and just hits the spot every time.
