I recently visited a sushi restaurant in Quebec for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the cool ambiance, friendly staff, and delicious sushi and dumplings. While the tempura was a bit heavy, the freshness of the fish, interesting menu choices, and overall dining experience made it a great place to eat. Despite a slightly slow service on a Wednesday evening, the restaurant's cleanliness, presentation of dishes, and tasty food make it a must-try option in Quebec City, especially with the convenience of ample parking available.
