very poor service order 3 piece dinner ask for no legs there was 2 thigh and a leg and no coleslaw well not go back there again

I have been a consumer of KFC for a lifetime.I love it.
It is rare to get food that is really bad from KFC.
Today Sept 23rd /2013 was the exception.
Our bucket of regular/popcorn/fries was overcooked,dried inedible food.
This review is meant to have the powers that be to take a longer closer look at the food leaving the premises.
I feel a closer quality control needs to be instituted.Otherwise more folk like me will cease to be your regular customers.
So hopefully this will serve as notice for someone in authority to be a little more vigilant.

What's a take-out that's suppose to have a delivery service that does not answere they're phone? I'd say a poor business!!!!!! I tried for over 30 mins. I guess I'll have to mtake my business to mary Brown's. At least they'll answere phone . to not answere shows how rude you are and how poor a business this is.
