Shang Noodle House has become our go-to destination when we're craving a comforting bowl of noodle soup, thanks to their extensive menu and delicious appetizers like BBQ pork and pepper salt squid. The atmosphere is inviting and spacious, making it perfect for gatherings, and I particularly enjoy their vegetarian options, especially the hearty #28 Mushroom Ramen that has transformed my ramen experience for the better.
