we have tried this at least 8 times over the past years, always the same horrible experience starting with a phone call and then at the door.
we have stayed at hotel and always believe in 2nd 3rd etc chances. We are done.
They are extremely unaccommodating no matter what for anyone. Snotty as anyone can possible be and this is several different workers.
The only and biggest compliment goes to the chef and the chef only.
lastly its covid but not at this restaurant. Our lovely server advised when asked why no one wore masks or practices social distance, her response on cue was....we don't have to because we are not corporate so we're good. We were blown away. That was 3 weeks ago, and they still wear no masks even at the bar where guests sit close chatting at the bar tender.
also we ended up at earls which blew them out of the water for extremely great service and was informed without prompting how the hooded M body shames their staff. and if they are not the right size, they cant work there.
last straw for these non corporate, arrogant proprietors. good luck post pandemic surviving with this attitude
