This lunch spot near The Springer Market Square in Kingston is a great choice for a meal after browsing the Farmers Market on a Saturday morning. Local friends recommended it to us while showing us around the city. The fresh food and cozy atmosphere make it a wonderful option for a casual lunch with friends or family. The service was efficient and friendly, even during a busy lunch rush.

We always try to support local restaurants and Chez Piggy's is well-known in Kingston. They have a lovely patio. Considering the climate crisis and the latest pandemic, we are disappointed that this restaurant serves very little plant-based options. The options that are available are overpriced ($31 for cauliflower dish) and while tasty, not worth the price. It is very disappointing!
