De Dutch in New West has a charming European ambiance that adds to the dining experience. The Halloween decorations were a fun touch, and the friendly service made our visit enjoyable. The food was tasty, with generous portion sizes, although I was surprised that the triple Berry pannekoek had a compote instead of fresh fruit. Despite this, we had a great breakfast and would consider returning in the future.
