During our trip to Charlottetown, we discovered a wonderful restaurant located inside the Culinary Institute of Canada, now known as The Dining Room. The dining experience at this establishment surpassed my previous experiences at culinary schools, including the Culinary Institute of America in New York. The food was exceptional, the service was attentive, and the view of the water was simply breathtaking. I would definitely recommend dining here for a special occasion or a memorable meal.
