Skyhawk Restaurant inside Boundary Bay Airport offers a great spot to enjoy breakfast or lunch while watching planes take off and land through large glass windows or on the patio during warmer days. The food is simple but tasty, with generous portions like the hearty Star Trek Burger and a wide variety of omelettes, sandwiches, and even some Chinese options, all served by friendly staff who always have a smile. Though prices can be a bit steep-typical of anything aviation-related-the quick service and unique atmosphere make it a favorite among locals, pilots, and families alike.

This breakfast joint has become one of my favorite spots to start the day, especially while enjoying a delicious eggs benny and watching planes take off. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly, with fantastic service and a menu that includes a variety of tasty options, like the hearty Star Trek Burger. I always leave feeling satisfied, and the friendly staff, particularly Cassidy, make every visit enjoyable.
