Delicious baked goods, especially the pancakes - they were a hit with the kids and adults alike. The cream puffs and Nanaimo bar were top highlights, but the cupcakes, GF brownie, and magic bar were also fantastic. The staff went above and beyond, making our visit memorable and leaving us wanting more.

The Lunch was okay However they just destroyed one of the Last Places in my World that had real Class How is this operation with these huge Premises and very little to offer going to make enough revenue to help anybody?

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude and not helpful at all. The crisis center has it job cut out for them after taking the bakery over.

After looking for years to find a caraway rye bread it was here all the time. Great bakery products.

Disappointed in the Black Forest cake I picked up for my dad's birthday. The cake was so bland that if you had your eyes closed, you'd think you were just eating sponge with whipped oil. They used to make the best Black Forest cake, loaded with chocolate, cream, and sweet liquor. Every bite was to die for. Did the bakery change ownership?

Best bakery and staff in Nanaimo and yes it is essential. Love the bread and buns!
