I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years and it has gone way down hill in recent months. Every time I order it is over $100 as I am feeding a family of 6. One time the food was way too salty and they forgot my sauces and I felt I had to complain to the owner and she brought over replacement. Today I ordered delivery and it took almost an hour and a half and I did not have the sweet and sour sauce for my chicken balls again. I called and they said they would send it over right away. I ended up going and getting it myself. By that time it had been 3 hours since I placed my order. I know not many people will wait 3 hours for a meal. So they can say good bye to receiving my business every month. Wish I could give a zero rating.

In my opinion, I have eaten at the majority of the Chinese food restaurants in Calgary, small and large, and Silvergate is The best in quality and price. Simple as that .
