I have had a few meals here with my family over the holidays. The food quality is not consistent at all. However, the irking factors are always consistent. Cold chicken in a rotisserie restaurant: do they not have a hot rotating thingie in the kitchen to cook the darn thing !! I ordered the same dark meat dinner twice: both times I got one piece that looked okay and the piece underneath was blackened, tough and chewy and dry. I could not put a fork through the meat !! I sent it back both times, and got an edible piece. In all fairness the serving staff make up for the kitchen staff deficiencies, and they are good about it.
I am probably not going to eat there again in a hurry !

Went the Swiss Chalet for dinner last evening March 30, 2019. The food was not great. Served wings and ribs with one paper napkin. Service was certainly middle of the road.
I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
