I remember coming here after a friend told me a former colleague of ours was now general manager - that would be Paul. We arrived without a reservation, but it wouldn't have mattered. When we walked in, there had to be 4 or 5 reservations that couldn't get their table. The host/GM simply seated ever walk in, all the while forgetting about the reservations. We decided to just sit at the bar for a couple drinks while we witnessed the chaos and anger over the seating and wait list.
Paul brought in a group of his friends as waiters and whatnot, but all of them had no experience with fine dining, and were not planning on staying at this establishment very long. What a waste..

I have to agree with the last reviewer, this place was a disappointment. The general manager (Paul Leatham) was the individual at the heart of the poor service and ultimate demise of the restaurant.
A friend of mine who worked there told me there was a toxic atmosphere that permeated the staff, and ultimately trickled down to the customers.

This place was the biggest bomb in the history of restaurants in London Ontario. Disorganization was so obvious from where we were sitting. When the meal was all over, half of the bill was refunded for either the slow service or undercooked food. What a disaster!!

The meal was mediocre, I couldn't even eat my steak as it was far too fatty. We had received a $100 gift card as an anniversary present the year prior, when we went to pay with it they refused to honour it saying that they had changed ownership. When you purchase a business, you take ownership of all aspects of it, not just the ones that are beneficial to you. Ruined our anniversary dinner, very unhappy!
