Very disappointing service. Paid top dollar to come here.. unfortunately the speed of service, and, the quality of the menu items we ordered was pretty poor.

Service was a little lacking considering the 'word of mouth' I heard about this place. It was supposed to be a 'real fine dining' experience. I did not get that impression during my one and only visit here.

My husband and I felt that the quality of the food and service wasn't consurmat with the pricing. I don't mind paying premium prices, but service can't be equivalent to Chuck's Roadhouse.

Service could use an upgrade. They need need to come back to the table more often after dropping off the meals. Our drinks needed a refill.

Came here with my husband after staying in the village. Was not impressed with the food or service. My expectations were clearly not met.

My husband and I came here during one of our trips to Collingwood. The hotel bellman suggested this place. I really felt we were being overcharged for the food. I was expecting more attention from the wait staff. They basically took our order, dropped it off, and came back and asked if we needed coffee.
That's it!! Very unprofessional.

First visit for me and my girlfriend. I had the Penne al Pesto. The chicken was extremely dry and overcooked.my girlfriend had the veal medallions. Hers seemed overcooked as well.
I was expecting a little more from what I heard about this place.
