Rude customer service and the bill was almost double what was posted on the menu (an 18% gratuity was automatically added and the server purposely did not mention this so she would get double tipped). Would not recommend.

We just ate here for breakfast on our way home to Penticton (11 am Sat May 14) All of our breakfasts were very good and reasonably priced. Sorry I did not ask the server her name. She went above and beyond for my special dietary needs! Much much appreciated! Thank you!

This place is amazing. Being from Alberta during covid I have had some negativity and this place made me feel so welcome. Highly recommend it to not only Albertans but everyone. Food amazing, service amazing, setting and cleanliness amazing. Highly highly recommend. Love this place and will be back !

After today's experience with poor customer service and the expectation to pay a gratuity of 18% when only 5 people were served, I can not easily recommend this venue as a comfortable setting. The food was good, but without service it is difficult to have a good review.
