This was not my first time at Jarrys, so i knew it would be foolish to hold them to high standards.
I ordered a salad to go. When paying i was a little surprised as my bill came close to 20$ (19something) which i dont mind but i better be getting a damn good salad. When i recieved and opened it i was dissapinted, with both the size and ingredients. But i sucked it up and decided it was just a bad decision and i began to eat it. When i tossed the salad with the dressing i noticed some of the leaves were darker and SLIMY i picked one out (in the pic) and proceded to find many more of these what looked to be spoiled leaves. I went back to the restaurant to show them and at first they tried telling me its normal, "purple lettuce is like that" after a few minutes of back and forth they called their manager. He was frustrated and started arguing with me, defensively saying "you saying i serve bad food?". I told him i wanted my money back but he refused because i paid with my CC. He offered to make me a new one wich i declined because he said they will pick out the pieces that look like that. I then left with no salad and no refund.
take your money somewhere else. Jarry used to be good but now since they raised the prices they did not raise their standard which is very dissapointing.
