The first thing that I was impressed with was the cleanliness of the restaurant and the admirable decor.
The bread was freshly baked and served shortly after I had placed the order.
The caesar salad is delicious with the lettuce crisp and not soggy.
The steak au poivre is a real delicacy and the sauce complements the meat rather than smothering it.
A truly memorable experience!
I have traveled to reputable restaurants world wide and consider Chez Michel the best.
