We went there the drive through Dec 30th around 7pm ordered out food had to repeat everything 3 times then got to the window we were paying with a gift card and the kid at the window ripped the card out my hand. Then when we got our order we went and sat in parking lot to eat. About 10 min into eating one of the employees came to the window asking if we waiting on our order we said no and he say “well where the F-ck is this guy” and walked away

Ordered a dark meat chicken on a kaiser with fries,$14.10.drive rhru.drove home 6 km.The bun was a hamburger bun chicken cold.Now have seconds thoughts of ever buying here again.

The past '5' orders we have ordered online for pick-up, have been missing items. We drive there and back and once we get home then realize there is no bun or salad or promotional chocolates, or cranberry sauce or potato. We then have to drive back to pick up the missing item. Dinner is spoiled. Enough is enough. Tonite there was the salad missing plus the chocolates. We are done with the place. 😕 If you want an incomplete order each and every time, this is the place for you.

Have eaten frequently from the Harveys menu. It is always consistently good with the exception of the frozen fries - but I expect that. Have twice now tried the Swiss Chalet menu. Both times the chicken has been overdone. The last time it reminded me of the turkey in Christmas Vacation. To escape the fries we ordered baked potatoe. These were cooked to dryness as well. Will never again order from the Swiss Chalet menu and it will certainly be some time before I enter the establishment again.
