Been going there for over twenty years, no more.seems if you are amongst the yearly orders of the day you get yesterday's leftovers, refried food at these prices is not acceptable, and further more please wear a hair net when in the kitchen.

When my husband, Dale was alive, we would go to Lotus Gardens a lot. We became friends with the owners, on a first name basis. They treated us like family and always gave us excellent service. We had no complaints about anything. Now that I'm on my own, they still treat me with kindness and love and their service has been unwavering. I would highly recommend them for your dining pleasure.

Have been going here forever, even to the old location.
You peeps with the negative comments, I think you just look for issues.
Yes, I've had occasion of something being off, but I've let one of the great waitress' know, in a quite manner, and issue was resolved asap.
I've seen folks in there, make it a point of letting everyone around know of an issue.
Live in your limelight. Rest of us will continue to enjoy the food and atmosphere in your absence.

we have been going to this restaurant for the past 35 years when they started on wonderland road. food is excellent. getting a complete order has been fun and no big deal. its become family tradition to guess what will be missed on the order. its never anything big, could be the fried noodles for the wonton soup or missing fortune cookies that we dont eat anyways or the plum or soya sauce or maybe a steamed rice. its funny asking them at the desk "are you sure i have everything" only to get home and be surprised. its like ordering from amazon, always a pleasant surprise!

Love this restaurant. Have been going there for years & never a problem. The owners and staff are friendly and food os delicious.

Worst food ever screwed up order twice when we called back for the second mistake they denied having it on the menu clearly the items I ordered are on the menu

so went there tonight to pick up an order first a whole dish missing 2nd one dish so salty we were unable to eat it so I called and was told items in a dish on the menu no longer included In the dish then argument about how my order wasn't taken by the person on the phone I was talking to . What bull I seriously ask you to think again before ordering from this place they weren't even busy lord so sad they obviously don't like making customers happy but they sure are happy to take your money but give you very poor food in return I had to apologise to our guests for such poor food please Londoners go else where its not worth the hassle

I would say that Lotus Garden is my favourite choice when I decide to have Chinese food. The dishes are excellent and generous and the restaurant is clean and small enough to have a family feel to it. I would not hesitate to recommend Lotus Garden to anyone who wanted really superb Chinese cuisine.
