If I were the owner I would fire the manager and most the staff and start over. The reason you have no breakfast business is they never have what you order. "sorry no hash browns left" "sorry no sausage patties left" "Sorry we're out of eggs" what a way to destroy a business! When they do fill your order they get it wrong 75% of the time. To many tries with this Wendy's, won't be back

every time I come to this restaurant, I am greeted by a warm and smiley cashier. The managers are always very friendly and really do what it takes to help the customer! The food is always hot. I have noticed a big difference in the past few years, a good difference! Must be new management!
