This wonderful couple prepares the freshest Korean dishes for lunch, and my favorite is the made-to-order rice bowl featuring shredded beef, Korean BBQ sauce, veggies, and a tofu spring roll. One day, while ordering, I asked how to say the dish in Korean, and without hesitation, she responded, "Korean rice bowl," which made us both laugh.
