Memphis Blues in Vancouver serves up some of the best Southern BBQ I've had, with tender beef brisket and a variety of slow-smoked meats that come out hot and fast. I enjoyed sharing the Elvis platter with friends, which included a generous mix of meats and flavorful sides like smoky beans and unique seasoned fries that stood out as a favorite. The casual atmosphere, friendly service, and daily deals on drinks made for a relaxed and satisfying experience that I'm eager to revisit and explore more of their menu.

The food and service at Memphis Blues were both excellent. I particularly enjoyed the refreshing lemonade. The slow-smoked meats and variety of BBQ sauces make it a must-try spot for Southern BBQ lovers in Vancouver.
