Excellent EVERYTHING

Funny thing is, I was one of the customers in the restaurant at the time of this alleged incident and remember it quite differently. The lady was rude and basically came in with 3 quarters of an eaten sandwich saying that there wasn't double cheese on it. The chef double checked and it indeed had two slices. Then the customer goes on to say the sauce is too salty. So the chef offered to make a new sandwich for the customer who then went on how she would never come back again. after all the efforts of the chef the customer became increasingly annoying and was asked to leave. She then began to scream "do you know how I am? I know people" in a threatening manner. If you ask me, she was a complete psycho! I hope she never does come back to ruin this restaurant that I love so much! What a piece of work and she probably wrote that original review because my girlfriend and I were the only customers in there at the time!

"New Male Owner" very rude and arrogant......
i walked in to order lunch and he was yelling and screaming at a lady that had apparently ordered a veal sandwich and did not get it with the toppings she had ordered....
The new owner threw the lady's money at her over the counter after she nicely explained that she was not satisfied the past few times going there and that she would not be going back.
He told her to get the hell out of "his restaurant" (which he just barely got his foot into, being the "new owner".........
Very bad for business! there were also other customers in the restaurant at the time

Previous female owner however, ......extremely nice and goes over and above for her customers
