Ordered over the phone and my order came to $92.00 .the man on the phone said if you want the 10% off I need to order 2 more things but I said all I need to spend is $3.00 because it says on there menu that if I spend 95.00 I get 10% off. So I was reading the menu and all he said was call back I said just wait a minute after all that he said my order would be 114 .00 and we left it at that ..So I decided when I got there I would just let him know that I thought he was a little rude on the phone and that if he was going to deal with the public he should be a little friendlier. He told me that he was tired of having to explain about this 10% and I was the 3rd one already today and he said it was annoying. Well, I just said maybe you should not take the orders if you feel that way all he said is we are done here and walked to the back ..

I have ordered from this Chinese food for almost 25 years,l have been working out of town for the last 7 months and now you must order over $35 to get delivery. This is wrong because we pay for delivery these new owners don't want my business. I will never buy from them again.

Used to order from here once a week. The food was usually good. Problem is they forgot the chicken balls in our order then wouldn't admit the mistake and kept saying I don't see it. The order is on my table I can see it. They refused to help by making a order of chicken balls which they forgot but charged me for. Horrible customer service will never order from here again.

I have ordered from here several times. The food is always hot. The chicken chow mien is made with chicken roll, I have never seen this before. Chicken balls have real chicken so I don't know why it is not used in their chow mien.
However today I tried to place a smaller order $27 for delivery. I live right across street but in a wheelchair. I was told they do not deliver anything under $30, not even at a cost. In my opinion these people do not want business. They should remember that each dollar counts and who it was that made their business.h
