I am an individual who keeps track of my Receipts of what I spend. I have to keep track of what I spend. I go through the Drive Thru several times during the month and each time I ask for my receipt at the Pick Up Window. I always have to ask, otherwise they just don't give it to you. They are required to provide your receipt for your purchase. On April 29th, I attended the Drive Thru to order a large Fry to support the Ronald MacDonald House. When I was ordering at the Order Window, the total came to $3 and some odd cents. When I attended at the Pick Up Window, as she did not provide my receipt, I had to beep my horn several times to get someone's attention, as the attendant had left the area inside. There were several vehicles in the line up behind me waiting to pick up their order. When I was recording my receipts, (today - April 30th) I found that she did not provide me with "My Receipt". She provided me with someone else's receipt (Order 99 -Trans#: 1LNFH6W8HD) for "2 Toys". There was "O" Total on the Receipt. Was I charged the correct amount for my Order, was the proper $ amount credited to Ronald MacDonald House??? Having to ask for my Receipt on every attendance at the Drive Thru is ridiculous! I have put in a complaint about this before.
