For a taste of classic Quebecois cuisine, consider visiting a restaurant located in the hillside village of Cap-í -l'Aigle, just a 15-minute drive from La Malbaie. The table d'hote menu offered a variety of dishes such as black sturgeon, farm-fresh salad, local Charolaise beef, and fondant au chocolat, all of which were fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced at $60 per person.
