I placed an online order on Sunday night for delivery Monday AM. The order was literally 24 hours late being delivered. This could have been caused by the skip website having a glitch. However there were other issues with the order.
1: Spring rolls
The website clearly shows 8 spring rolls on the plate.
Only 4 were delivered. To top that off these 4 spring rolls were actually so small that the pastry shell took more room then the filling despite being a standard small wrap.
I paid for 8 spring rolls and in actuality received only 4 .. which in turn were slightly smaller then 2 normal springrolls
2: Perogies
My perogies arrived with what was supposed to be a sourcream and chive dip.
The sourcream was runny and warm. There were no visible chives and no chive flavour.
The perogies themselves were tasteless and HAD BEEN DIPPED IN SALT after cooking.

3: Milkshake
The milkshake arrived completely warm and liquified to the point where it had the separation into foam and liquid! Since it was less then 20 degree's out and the driver had the order for less then 10 minutes this means some idiot made the milkshake before the food was ready let alone after the driver arrived like it should be.

They receive 2 stars instead of one because they did refund the spring rolls upon request

A couple of years ago, I had a burger with bacon, and it was amazing, but when I went back a few months later with my son and ordered the same burgers with bacon, i had to look inside to see if someone forgot the bacon, and what i found was a measly 2 strips of cosmetic bacon, it was too small an amount and the bacon was too thin, and I was very disappointed, and have not gone back since, considering how much more the bacon burgers cost..
