At Yaohan Centre's food court, you'll find Pak Tak serving up authentic Chiu Chow Chinese dishes. The prices are fair and the food court gets bustling during dinner time. I always go for the sweet and sour pork, a generous portion of meat that's consistently good.

I’ve been to Pak Tak a couple of times. Their soyed duck was quite delicious – like it was cooked by a real restaurant. They also have pig stomach with pickled vegetables. Not exactly an appealing concept, but I tried some. Much to my surprise, this dish was very good. Also, the standard stuff like Sweet and Sour Pork, Lo Han Vegetables, etc. taste pretty good too
