The KFC at Clearbrook, is slow and has staffing issues. Went thru drive thru - had to ask 2x regarding what I ordered and person in drive thru still didn't put in order correctly. She did apologize and then add the missing item charged us and then didn't put in bag. Got home 10min later opened bag and noticed item not in . Tried calling number just rang and rang. Had to go back on other side of Abbotsford to rectify the missing item. When we got there, drive thru was busy , so went into store , their was a person in front of me , no one helping her took them about 5 min to notice her, I noticed 4 -5 people working and having a happy time giggling and not helping front of store customers . Asked for manager no manger working. This restaurant gets a 1 star .
