Crystal Palace on Cannon Street in Hamilton offers incredible food that rivals the best Chinese cuisine I've experienced in Richmond Hill and Markham. Their seafood rice wrapped in lotus leaves, crab meat with fish maw soup, and sizzling beef tenderloin are expertly prepared by traditionally trained chefs, delivering authentic flavors with beautiful presentation. The friendly and professional service, along with a wide selection of dishes including wonderful dim sum, makes dining here a truly satisfying experience.

A hidden restaurant on Cannon Street in Hamilton, Ontario, offers superb food despite its unassuming appearance. The service and dishes at Crystal Palace impressed me during our mid-autumn festival dinner. The seafood rice wrapped in lotus leaves and other Chinese dishes were expertly prepared and delicious, making it my go-to Asian dining spot in Hamilton.

I ordered dinner for one. The breading on chicken ball was so hard it cut my gum and I couldn't cut through the chicken. I also ordered cantonese chow mein which was tasteless and soggy. What happened .....used to be okay.
