The fish and chips at Pheasant Plucker were probably the best I've ever eaten - the fish was juicy with a delicious light crisp batter and the fries tasted hand-cut and not too salty. Despite the slow service, the New Year's Eve experience was memorable, with complimentary noisemakers, hats, champagne, and appetizers as midnight approached, making it a great place to return to for good service and great food.
