placed a pick up order online.....was told it would be 35 minutes....drove down 40 minutes later,told them my nameto pick up the order;;;;;cashier came back with a blank look on her face and asked me if I had the right name(DUUUUUHHHHH)....no record of my order......lefy. went to pizza pizza around the corner.went home ate that and an hour and a half later get a call from that same cashier from pizza nova asking me when I was coming to pick up my pizza order....total time three hours from online order to call. WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS.
