I use Lotteria Internet Cafe mainly for internet access, as I'm not much into karaoke. When I visit, it's usually just me, so karaoke isn't really on my agenda. James, the owner, is a friendly and approachable businessman who ensures a pleasant atmosphere at the cafe. LIC's late-night hours from Monday to Thursday and extended hours on the weekends make it a convenient spot for online access or karaoke with friends in Victoria.
