I've found some great authentic Chinese food in Burlington that's definitely worth checking out. They offer special orders if you call ahead, which is awesome for fancy dishes like lobster or shredded chicken. The food is reasonably priced, the portions are generous, and I've always had friendly service, making it a solid choice when I'm in the area.
