I've been a regular at Maxim's for their delicious Western Chinese cuisine, especially during their Valentine's promo which was a hit with live music that started right on time. The rack of lamb was cooked perfectly, and the meringue desserts were a real treat. While the seafood chowder could use more lobster, the overall experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to return for more of their amazing cakes and pastries! The Almond Meringue Cake with strawberries is a must-try - fresh, not too sweet, and bursting with fruity flavors that will leave you wanting more.
