Worst customer service ever lousy food.

We have supported and enjoyed the food at Saigon on Brant. However, their front line customer service (son), lacks the right skill set to make customers feel welcome. We placed an order for (2) pho for take out - he mistakenly made (3). When mentioned we had ordered only (2), he said "too bad it's already prepared and wrapped".
THERE ARE OTHER RESTAURANTS SERVING PHO IN OUR AREA - LAST NIGHT WAS OUR LAST VISIT.
