During my recent journey through Port Dover and the Bruce Peninsula, I stopped at Noah's Inn, where I had the best Fish and Chips I've ever tasted. The family-run establishment impressed me with its friendly service, and the delicious halibut was perfectly cooked and flakey, though the Caesar salad didn't quite live up to expectations. While I think they could improve on some sides and focus more on seafood, the quality of the fish made the visit worthwhile, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
