On the 22nd of December 2022, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hank Schmidt at the Post Hotel. The experience was truly memorable, and I highly recommend returning to this cozy retreat. Despite a few minor changes, the warm hospitality and delicious food made it feel like a home away from home.
