Silva Bay Pub recently catered a family event at Ruxton with a delicious spread of sushi, pulled pork sandwiches, and a unique blueberry cake for dessert. While the staff seemed slightly disorganized, the friendly service and flavorful dishes made for a great dining experience. I recommend giving them a try when they reopen in spring 2018 for a taste of genuine island hospitality.
