Coming from abroad and unfamiliar with the area, I was impressed by the friendly staff, excellent drinks, and the charming downtown patio with views of historic buildings. After a long day, this cozy pub offers a great atmosphere to unwind with good food-like the delicious salmon leek pie and Shepherd's Pie-and attentive service, making it a solid choice for a relaxed night out.

As someone new to the area, I found this bar to be a fantastic spot to relax after a long day, with friendly bartenders who whip up great drinks. The downtown patio is beautiful, surrounded by flowerbeds and offering a view of St. Paul's Church, making it an enjoyable setting for a night out with friends. While the inside can get a bit loud, the service was attentive, and I can't wait to return for that delicious salmon leek pie again!
