Knowing that it would probably be busy, we ordered food 2hrs early (445pm). When we got there at 655pm they said it wasn't ready. We waited until 720pm before we got our order. While waiting, there were a couple of people also waiting and we could see their frustration as well.
Once we received the food and observed it at home, it was obvious that the food was rushed. The dumplings were almost not cooked all the way through. The shrimp shells were left on. The fried rice was rather bland. And their infamous honey garlic ribs were drowning in the sauce. We've eaten at Moon Palace before and the food quality was somewhat decent then. Now the quality seemed to have gotten worse.
