I used to frequent this place 15 years ago when I worked downtown and the prices have remained unbelievably consistent. The Pineapple beef sub and shrimp salad rolls I ordered were less than $12 which was a pleasant surprise. Despite the 20-minute wait at 4pm due to the busy period, the food was fresh and the staff were efficient in taking orders. It's a small but bustling spot with limited seating, so ordering ahead for pickup is recommended.
